We want you to love your Luncurr gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.
7-day returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
How to return
- WhatsApp or email us with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back within 3 days of approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Wrong size? We’ll swap it for free (one exchange per order), subject to stock availability.
